AI agents for dealerships, with the guardrails built in.
Creative Code builds AI agents for car dealerships and automotive software companies, and runs several in production: an agent storefront that answers AI assistants from live dealer inventory, an autonomous support desk with a human approval gate, and a self-measuring outbound engine. Every agent works inside the dealer's existing systems, checks consent before it contacts anyone, honors opt-outs, quotes prices only from live data, and leaves consequential decisions to a person.
Definition
What is an automotive AI agent?
An automotive AI agent is software that uses a language model to take actions in dealership systems, not just chat. It looks up live inventory, answers a shopper, triages a support request or drafts a follow-up, through tools that read and write real data.
The hard part is not the model. It is the integrations, the data, and the rules about what the agent may do on its own. That is where we spend the build.

Discover, deploy, measure
Discover
01Weeks 1 to 4
A Forward Deployed Engineer maps the real process in your systems, measures the baseline, proves the hard parts with prototypes, and delivers an architecture and a scope you can take to anyone, including us.
Deploy
02Weeks 5 to 8
The engineering pod and the Farm, our AI agent fleet, build to production inside your systems of record. Every change ships with tests and evidence, and an engineer merges.
Measure
03Months 3 and 6
Results against the baseline, in the same units we measured on day one. Then we keep improving what is live.
Automotive AI agents FAQ
What is an automotive AI agent?+
Software that uses a language model to take actions in dealership systems, not just chat: look up live inventory, answer a shopper, triage a support request, draft a reply or follow-up. It works through tools that read and write real data, under rules about what it may do on its own.
Which of your agents are in production?+
In production: the AI Agent Storefront (18 tenants live), the Autonomous Support Desk (5 product queues live) and the Self-Measuring Outbound Engine. The Service Lane Voice Agent, Trade-In Appraisal Agent and Drive-Through Vision Inspection are Foundry Labs prototypes, not client deployments.
How do you stop an agent from making up a price?+
Prices never come from the model. The agent calls a tool that reads live inventory and offer data, quotes what the tool returns with the required disclosures, and says so when it cannot find a number. Pricing, payments, signatures and negotiation stay with a person.
How do your agents handle TCPA and opt-outs?+
Consent is checked per person and per channel before an agent texts, calls or emails, and an opt-out such as STOP is recorded and honored. AI-generated voice calls fall under the TCPA, so voice outreach needs the same prior consent as any other automated call.
Does a person approve what the agent sends?+
For anything customer-facing or consequential, yes. Our support desk drafts replies and a person approves them at a gate. The level of autonomy for each step is decided with you during Discover and written into the acceptance criteria.
Do we need to replace our CRM or DMS?+
No. Agents work inside the systems you already run, through the connectors listed on our integrations page.
How long does it take to deploy an agent?+
Discover runs four weeks: the process is mapped, the baseline measured and the hard parts proven with prototypes. Deploy follows in weeks five to eight, and results are measured against the baseline at three and six months.
