Sit with dealership operators, finance teams and support desks until you know the real process better than its documentation.
Ship production code
With audit trails, security and rollbacks. Not demos.
Own the AI layer
Evals, harnesses, model choice by benchmark, and the guardrails that make an agent safe to point at real customers.

- ■Direct agent runs, review their pull requests, and decide what ships
- ■Build the evals that prove an agent is right before it touches production
- ■Turn what you learn into reusable components for the next deployment
What you bring
- ■You have shipped production systems in Python or TypeScript
- ■You have built with LLMs past the demo: tools, evals, failure modes
- ■You can explain a tradeoff to a VP and a stack trace to an engineer
- ■MCP or agent-framework experience is a strong plus
